Randy and Anna Hulin love to fish!  The couple is from Pineville, Louisiana, and they go fishing every chance they get.  Although they've always used crappie nibbles and other bait attractants, Anna hated the mess they made on the floor of their boat.  So her husband, Randy, came up with a way to use the nibble without the mess!
